Straps Conditioning 301


This class is for intermediate and advanced aerial students looking for a challenging new way to build strength. Class will start with a dynamic warm-up and stretching to prepare for conditioning exercises using the straps. Many exercises will be performed with the help of fellow students spotting (and encouraging!) each other. Class will finish with shoulder health exercises and a cool-down. No spinning!

Prerequisites: Bar and vertical artists are welcome (including flying trapezists), but students should be able to comfortably and consistently invert three times in a row without assistance, have no active shoulder injuries, and have a regular and current aerial practice.
