Straps Conditioning 301


This class is for intermediate/advanced aerial students looking for a challenging new way to build strength. Class will include a dynamic warm-up and stretching to prepare the body, then focus on conditioning exercises using the straps. Many exercises will be performed with the help of fellow students spotting (and encouraging!) each other. Class will finish with shoulder health exercises and cool-down. No spinning!

Prerequisites: Bar and vertical artists are welcome (including flying trapezists), but students must be able to comfortably and consistently invert 3 times in a row without assistance, have no active shoulder injuries, and have a regular and current aerial practice.
