Flexibility 101/201


This class is for total beginners or those with some experience wanting fundamental tools for their stretching needs. Students will learn how to connect and mobilize their bodies safely with passive and active stretches to increase flexibility in their legs, backs, hips, and shoulders.

Prerequisites: None! This is an introductory class for all skill levels and bodies.
