Hand Balancing 201


So, you can kick up to a handstand! Now what? Students in this class will begin the subtle work of finding balance and alignment while continuing to build strength and mobility. Students will also begin to work on entering the handstand in different ways and on holding different positions while inverted.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to kick up to a handstand against the wall, hold a minute handstand against the wall, and kick up to a handstand away from the wall and twist out.
