Hand Balancing 301


Looking to build strength and stamina? In this class, students will work towards longer holds, pressing into the handstand, and fine tuning alignment problems. This class will alternate between drills, mobility, and handstand holds to improve the quality of the handstand.

Prerequisites: For folks who have maintained their hand balancing practice during the break. Students should be able to kick up and hold a handstand against a wall three times for one minute, consistently hold a 30 second handstand away from the wall in any form, and consistently hold a straight handstand for 10 seconds away from the wall.
