Hand Balancing 301


This class is for students who are looking to improve their strength and stamina. Students will build towards longer holds, pressing into the handstand, and fine tuning alignment problems. This class will alternate between drills, mobility, and handstand holds to improve the quality of the handstand. 

Prerequisites: Students must be able to kick up and hold a handstand against a wall three times for one minute, able to consistently hold a 30 second handstand away from the wall in any form, able to consistently hold a straight handstand for 10 seconds away from the wall.
