Trampoline & Tramp Wall 201


You’ll continue to improve your wall run and begin to add rotations and twists to basic tricks—both on the trampoline and on the wall. You’[ll also start working toward front and back tucks.

Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable with walking the wall, dropping in, and basic trampoline tricks such as swivel hips, back drops, and front drops.
