You're strong. You're fierce. You've got a set of skills that probably shouldn't be demonstrated on the subway. Get more. We'll work on technique, dynamic tricks, skills in the ropes, and longer sequencing.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to do one pull-up, be working on a beat pullover, beginning some dynamic moves, and be comfortable with beats (long hang/hollow, pike, knee, and working on or comfortable with ankle beats.) Students should feel confident with short sequences and be working on increasing stamina.
