Gentle Mixed Aerials


Listen to your body, explore what you are capable of, and find new strength. Come as you are and discover the fun of aerials in an approachable way. You'll move gently through skills and strengthening exercises on a variety of apparatuses set low to the ground. The focus of this class is body awareness, strength, skill building, and feeling comfortable and confident.

Prerequisites: None! This is an introductory class for all skill levels and bodies.
