Intro to Static Cloud Swing

Description: Cloud swing is a double-point apparatus that offers a beautiful fusion between trapeze, sling, and aerial rope. In this introductory workshop, students will learn to navigate the apparatus through individual skills and sequencing, including mounts, dismounts, beats, and rolls. Although mostly static, we will explore some light movement through swaying and twisting. Students will discover many transferable skills from other static apparatus.

This workshop is designed for individuals with previous aerial experience at a beginning to intermediate level. Students should be comfortable with a pullover, hanging from knees, and be familiar with a double-leg crochet. Please wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and bring layers.
