Partner Acrobatics 101


Learn how to share weight with a partner in a class for all sizes. Explore basing and flying positions and learn skills that bridge between dance partnering, flow partnering, and traditional circus partnering. Students will gain the skills to adapt, hold, pour, and thread their weight on each other in both static and moving forms. Bring a partner or sign up solo.

Prerequisites: Students must be able to comfortably and consistently invert into a headstand or handstand against the wall.
