Cross Training for Flying Trapeze


Are you an aspiring flying trapeze artist looking for effective ways to train on days you can’t fly? Look no further. In this class, we’ll work on building the necessary strength, body awareness, and flexibility for advanced flying trapeze. This class will include strength training, trampoline, conditioning, and flexibility/mobility work.

Prerequisites: Currently or previously enrolled in a 200 or 300 level flying trapeze class.
