Trapeze 350


You and trapeze are already close, but you're ready to take things to the next level. You've learned so much but are hungry for more noodling transitions, bigger dynamic skills, and you only groan a little bit when you're told to do 10 pull ups. Join us as we continue to expand our higher level trapeze vocabulary and start getting innovative with transitions and sequences. We'll continue to polish technique and push our limits in strength and stamina, while occasionally exploring skills over the pit. 

Prerequisites: By permission of instructor. Students must be comfortable with beats (long hang/hollow, pike, knee, ankle), working on or have heel and toe hangs, at least one pull up, familiar with beat pullovers and some dynamic moves. Students should feel confident with sequences and be working on increasing stamina. By permission of instructor.
