Flexibility 301: Active Flex


Description: Do you want to have flexibiltiy and control over that flexibility? This class focuses on using your strength and movement to take your flexibility to the next level. If you are looking for improved balance in that Y-scale, confidence in your walkovers, and floatiness in your hover splits, this class is for you!

Prerequisites: Students must be able to press into a bridge with shoulders over hands and hold both right and left splits (however low to the floor that is) with hands off the ground. Being comfortable in a supported handstand is recommended.
