Accessory Conditioning for Circus


This class will focus on building strength to complement discipline-specific training for acrobatics. A portion of all classes will be devoted to strength training and conditioning, though informational content related to exercise technique, progressions, and modifications will be presented as well. Exercises and conditioning will focus on both upper- and lower-body movements, using body weight movements and/or weighted movements. Individuals from any circus discipline are welcome.
