Partnering on Lyra

This workshop is designed to introduce the intermediate/advanced level soloist to the fun of partnering on the hoop. We'll explore how to share space within the hoop and move around each other in unique and surprising ways. We'll cover a variety of intertwined/mirrored shapes as well as more traditional base/flyer skills.

Students should have a regular lyra practice, be comfortable with pullovers and inversions from the ground and onto the top bar from within the hoop, repeatedly.
