Chinese Pole: The Next Steps

Combining elements of ground and air, develop your strength and center and get ready for more challenging material. We'll explore climbs and poses, more complex inversions in the air, and develop strength training tools.

Students should have a regular dance pole or chinese pole practice, be able to invert in the air and do two full-length up and down monkey climbs.
