Intro to Hula Hooping


Description: Hula hooping is a great way to build core strength, develop your coordination, and have lots of fun. We’ll explore multiple styles of hula hooping—starting the class by building skills with the hoop on the body and off the body. We’ll sequence these skills into choreography, exploring ground work and our relationship to the hoop between the tricks.

Prerequisites: This class is for all levels and bodies.
