Ground Conditioning for Acrobats (Online)


Get fit and prepare your body for hand balancing, partner acro, tumbling, and other ground based circus disciplines! We’ll focus on building upper body, core, and lower body strength while refining body mechanics to prevent injury.

Please have a pillow; a blanket, towel, or yoga mat for padding; books or yoga blocks; a blank wall and two chairs of similar size 2 cans of soup or objects weighing 2-5lbs
