Straps Conditioning 201

This class is for anyone who wants to learn safe strength training exercises that will help with all of your other athletic endeavors—from circus to rock climbing and martial arts to throwing sports.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to do one pull-up and have no active shoulder injuries.
