Prerequisites: Students must be training at an intermediate (300) level in their area of specialty and will need to enroll in at least one session class or private lesson per week in that specialty. Participation is by permission of instructor and all students will perform in the annual Flying Nut in December. Private lesson and session class fees are not included in this class fee.

Prerequisites: Bar and vertical artists are welcome (including flying trapezists), but students must be able to comfortably and consistently invert three times in a row without assistance, have no active shoulder injuries, and have a regular and current aerial practice.

Materials: Protective covering for the arms is recommended (long sleeve shirt or arm bands.)
