Return to Rope 201/301

Reconnect with your climbing and gripping muscles and get back into your aerial self. Focus will be on safely regaining your rope skills and stamina with exercises and sequences to help build back your aerial fitness.

Students should have taken at least one 200-level rope session class or higher or have permission from the instructor.
