Rope 201/301

Rope trains strength, agility and lends itself to dynamic movement in the air. This class will focus on building a strong foundation through exploring short choreographic sequences, simple drops and rolls, and beginning to look at basic swings and beats.

Prerequisites: Recommended for students with aerial fabric or rope experience who are comfortable climbing and inverting in the air.
